If you need a Single Room, Double Room or a Room for 3 or a Whole House to suit a group of friends we have 6 Properties or 28 Rooms to choose from.

The Properties are located in Melbourne Victoria Australia in the suburbs of Heidelberg, Heidelberg Heights and Heidelberg West neighbouring Bundoora and are within approximately one kilometre / walking distance to LaTrobe University, Ideally located to a number of other TAEFS and Universities. Approximately 9 km from the Central Business District of Melbourne. Other neighbouring suburbs are Ivanhoe, Preston, Reservoir, Rosanna and Eaglemont. The Buses, Train and Trams are within close proximity providing convenient transport within the area and to the Central Business District of Melbourne.

Preferred Leases 12 months, 6 months would be considered. If you want to book a Whole Houses it Must be booked a minimum of 2 months in advance preferably 3 months in advance.
